This site is run by Claudia Priess, REALTOR® with RedBird Realty. This policy explains what I collect and how I use it.
When you fill out a form, I collect what you choose to share: your name, phone, email, preferred language, the areas and price range you are interested in, a property address if you are selling, and your message.
Your information is stored in my secure Google Workspace account. I do not sell or rent it. I share it with a lender, title company, or other service provider only when you ask me to or agree to it, or when the law requires it.
If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
The home search links open New Home Buddy and the Unlock MLS app. Those companies have their own privacy policies.
